- Opened Filters - Our Eco-Friendly Request: If you’ve opened your PureSip filter, we encourage you to keep it, avoiding unnecessary waste. Returning an opened filter isn’t eco-friendly, as it can't be resold for safety reasons. However, if you’re not satisfied, reach out to us for a refund. We may ask a few questions to learn from your experience, but rest assure we'll get you a refund processed.
📦 Important Note on Shipping Costs: While we gladly cover the cost of return shipping, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. This applies even if you opted for free shipping during your order. In such cases, a deduction equivalent to the initial shipping cost will be applied to your refund.
