Is WaterH dishwasher safe?
For the longevity and to maintain the built-in sensors and electronics, we highly recommend to avoid placing WaterH in the dishwasher. Hand wash will ensure your WaterH continuing to serve your hydration goals for years to come.
What is the TDS SmartScan?
Total dissolved solids (TDS) is a measure of the dissolved combined content of all inorganic and organic substances present in your water. WaterH’s Smart Scan technology helps measure and report on dangerous substances in your water so you never have to guess whether you’re drinking quality water.
Where do I see my water’s TDS level?
WaterH senses every time there is newly refilled water and automatically analyzes the water. This information gets instantly synced to the WaterH app whenever the bottle and your phone is within 5 meters of each other.

What is the longevity of the sensors and how accurate are they?
The sensors have a minimum life expectancy of 3 years.
The TDS sensors are tested to have a 99% accuracy.
The water intake sensors have a 95%+ accuracy.
How far underwater can WaterH go?
The WaterH Smart Bottle can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes
My new Boost smart water bottle has an odor.
• Cause : After production and processing, the plastic parts (such as the lid) and silicone parts (such as the sealing ring) of the B oost smart water bottle may retain a slight odor of the material itself. This is a normal phenomenon after leaving the factory .
• Solution :
1. Safety Note: The plastic lid and sealing ring of the B oost smart water bottle have passed food hygiene material testing, and the entire water bottle has FDA certification, ROHS certification, and REACH certification, so you can use it with confidence;
2. Odor removal method: Before first use, pour boiling water into the cup, add a small amount of lemon slices or green tea, soak for a while and then rinse it clean to quickly remove the odor;
3. If the odor persists after soaking and rinsing, contact the platform to request a replacement.
Boost smart water bottle cannot be matched with the device
• Problem phenomenon : The WaterH APP cannot search for the B oost smart water cup .
• Cause of the problem : The B oost water cup is being connected and controlled by another mobile phone (a water cup can only be connected to one mobile phone at a time) .
• Solution :
1. Choose an open environment without interference from other devices and ensure that the distance from the water cup is within 10 meters;
2. Check if there is another mobile phone connected to the water cup. If so, use the phone connected to the water cup to operate. After disconnecting, use the target phone to search and match again.
How does the Boost smart water bottle prevent water leakage?
• Solution :
1. Factory guarantee: B oost smart water bottles will undergo strict water leakage testing before leaving the factory. Only qualified ones can be put on the market. Under normal use, there will be no water leakage problems.
2. Leakage troubleshooting: If a leak is detected during use, first check whether the sealing ring inside the cup lid is intact (no damage, deformation) and installed in place (no displacement, no detachment). Secondly, check whether the cup lid can be closed normally (no damage to the buckle, no looseness after closing).
3. If the water leakage problem still exists after the inspection, you need to contact the platform to apply for replacement.
The Type-C charging port on the B oost Smart Water Bottle is exposed. Will water get in?
• Solution : The Type-C charging port of the B oost smart water bottle supports IPX7 waterproof level. There is no need to worry about water ingress during daily rinsing (such as when cleaning the outside of the water bottle). Special note : Make sure the charging port is dry during charging to avoid malfunctions caused by charging with water.
